Breakfast

Breakfast is served in a light and airy dining room Please help yourself to cereals, fruit juices, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, cheeses, and freshly baked croissants and Danish pastries, before ordering from the breakfast menu.

Breakfast is served with that all important freshly brewed coffee, a selection of teas and an accompaniment of toast and preserves. All enjoyed in a spacious dining room next to the garden.

• Traditional English Breakfast
  Grilled bacon, pork sausage, tomato, baked beans and mushrooms with a free range egg – fried, scrambled or poached.
• Folded French-Style Omelette
  Classical French-style folded omelette made with cheese. fresh asparagus and baked cherry tomatoes.
• Croque Provençal
  Crisp Sourdough bread with tomato salsa, topped with garlic and thyme mushrooms, spinach and Emmental cheese and grilled until golden.
• Honey Drizzled Porridge
  Organic porridge with natural Greek yoghurt, sliced banana, toasted hazelnuts topped with honey.
• Eggs Benedict/Royale/Florentine
  Poached eggs with pancetta/smoked salmon/ spinach on a toasted muffin, topped with a light Hollandaise sauce.
