Located 4.3 miles from the Georgian city of Bath, it is situated within the grounds of the owner’s home. This superb holiday home has private off-street parking and has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with modern fixtures and fittings.
The Old Stables has been specifically designed for 2 persons, boasting an open plan living area with a log fire and satellite TV. The kitchen is elegantly designed and comes well equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The contemporary bathroom has a large walk in power shower with complimentary White Company toiletries.
A continental breakfast hamper is provided for guests along with a free parking permit for central Bath.

Chestnuts House
Chestnuts House is also available as a self-catering let. Its 5 excellent ensuite bedrooms can easily accommodate 11 persons. There is a cosy lounge with Sky TV, DVD’s, books and an assortment of games. The dining room can comfortably seat 12 people which leads onto a terraced area and the main garden. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with six hob/dual oven cooker and overhead grill, dishwasher, fridge and freezers. There also a separate area with washing machines and tumble dryers.
